Orders:
All of our shirts are made to order from our supplier. Therefore, we need approximately 3-7 working days to process your order (this includes inspection by us to ensure your order is correct). Then we will ship your order with one of our carriers (UPS or USPS). From there, shipping times are dependent upon location.
All other items that say "pre-order" are currently out of stock, such as hats and beanies. However we are working to restock, and once restocked, you will receive an email. If you purchased a pre-order, you will be one of the first to receive the product that was on preorder!
We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email us at 2thriveapparel@gmail.com with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Unfortunately we are also unable to change your shipping address from a domestic US address to an International address, or from an International address to a domestic US address. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.
Yes! We will be happy to update the email address to your order. Please email us at 2thriveapparel@gmail.com with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation or updated information.
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. However, don't worry! It seems that you were successfully able to place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!
Sold out?
When you sign up for email notifications you’ll be updated as soon as possible, even if only a small number of units are available in stock. On this occasion it seems like the item became sold out again before you had a chance to buy! Keep your eyes on your emails for further communication.
Eco-Friendly Packaging:
We use frosted transparent poly bags that are recyclable, easy to open, and easy to close. This type of packaging helps identify, protect, and keep your products clean. Suffocation Warning Labels are attached to each poly bag.
While we are not perfect, 2Thrive Apparel strives to remain eco-friendly by ensuring most of our packaging is recyclable (for example, we use recyclable poly bags, mailers, and cardboard boxes to help preserve Earth).
Delivery:
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
This means we are still processing your order. Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped. You'll receive an email with updates!
Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. You can try to update it with the carrier, but keep in mind there is a risk of losing your package(s).
2Thrive Apparel ships internationally via DHL, UPS, and USPS.
REFUND POLICY
At this time, we are not accepting returns, unless the goods are damaged and in their original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, send us an email at 2thriveapparel@gmail.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be completed for damaged goods. Please contact us at 2thriveapparel@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the item’s condition. Once received we will inspect the returned item(s) for an exchange, and we will examine them on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If approved, you will automatically receive an order confirmation with your exchange free of charge. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Refunds
There are no refunds at this time. All sales are final.
